Coraopolis

This community has a couple of routes that serves there including the 701W: Kennedy. With that said, Coraopolis will be given the designation of 71. With that said, there will be a primary route, and 2 secondary routes. This is because the 21: Coraopolis has two branches, and to reduce confusion, there will be no branches with routes. If there is a need for a branch, it will be made as another route. The routes are as follows:

  • 711N: Sewickley
  • 711W: University Blvd
  • W711: Coraopolis

711N: Sewickley

The 711N: Sewickley will be the S branch of the 21: Coraopolis. The route will meet with the W711: Coraopolis at Thorne Hollow Park & Ride. From there, the route will return to Sewickley. This route will not operate on the weekends.

711W: University Blvd

The 711W: University Blvd will take on the Moon portion of the 21: Coraopolis. The route will meet with the W711: Coraopolis at Thorne Hollow Park & Ride. From there, the route will return to University Blvd.

W711: Coraopolis

The W711: Coraopolis will serve between Downtown, and Coraopolis. This will be a primary route, and intended to provide service for those that would need it. The route will terminate at Thorne Hollow Park & Ride where one would be able to connect to the 711N: Sewickley, or 711W: University Blvd. While the W711: Coraopolis does go through McKees Rocks, it will travel too far away to connect with McKees Rocks Plaza, and therefore not able to serve as another primary route for McKees Rocks – or at least the plaza.
